Prom and other stories
So I couldn't go to prom because I was over 21.
But I could have!
Becca looked gorgeous, as usual, but this time in a brilliant polka dotted lime green dress and matching green jewelry. I in my matching green tie, suspenders and black suit showed up for pictures, where I find out I could have gone, had I simply filled out the form and interviewed with the principal saying I wouldn't drink. MADNESS!
Either way, she looked brilliant, and outshone everyone on the trolley they took down to the city. Today we spent watching Shaun of the Dead and eating Chinese.
Oh well. She'll be using the same dress to attend Jess and Jay's wedding this august, and with any luck T&A's wedding maybe next year or something. I'm not fully clear on the latter.

Two months
Well,today marks two months that i havent updated. I really dont feel like theres been much to discuss, as i dont want to get repetitious with my blather about 'work sucked, home, sammich, awesome girlfriend, etc' altho there are a few new things worth mentioning.
One, i can now legally say i have a girlfriend. this is most awesome, and this saturday (valentine's day) night/sunday off shall be most exciting.
two, i have an interview today at two reguarding going back to school, specifically, CHI tech where i will be entering a 9 month program and join the extremely geeky feild of IT, where i will actually be able to make more money than i do now, so hopefully by this time next year ill be able to start saving and by next summer have enough to move out.
After that, its pretty boring. I've gained five pounds, but thats really nothing to worry about, because it's all muscle mass and my arms are actually beginning to look pretty sweet. So, off i go to another sammich. And interview. And gym.

Dark Knight on DVD
Okay, now, first off, i was totally blown away by the Batman Begins dvd. i mean, that shit was awesome. the movie was cool and amazing, but the special features were like, super kick ass. comic book walk through format, super hyper attention to detail, and the most in depth making of experience i've ever seen. it fuckin had it all.
That said, Dark Knight's special features suck ass. Two mini making of docs, each about ten minutes long, on the making of the music and motorcycle, with no real good footage of either, and mostly still shots of cast and crew as the director voice overs in how he did it. about as exciting as trying to figure out a non qwerty keyboard, and just as aggravating. The only reason you should buy the two disc dvd is if you have an ipod or zune with video capabilities, cause it comes with a digital copy.
if you have a blu ray player and a tv bigger than 50 inches, by all means get the super blu ray edition, because it comes with the imax scenes delivered in their full glory. but i dont know anybody that has either of those things, so nevermind.
Otherwise? the one disc edition will save you a few bucks, and it comes with a two face coin. hooray!

mc chris
Thursday night, becca, molly and i all went to the mc chris show in philly. so damn awesome. you can check out facebook pics for that, really, and i still cant get my desktop to load the videos, so im stil waitin on that.
Otherwise, things are looking up, B and i are better than ever (sunday was AWESOME) and dad is actually not quite a big a douche as he was last week. Also, applying for a 911 dispatcher position. go me!
